Sekania

Sekania is the biggest accommodation of Lithalona Estate. It is a modern, independent villa of 85 sq m, which can comfortably put up 4 people. It consists of 2 bedrooms, each with en suite bathroom and a separate kitchen area. Each of the 3 areas has an independent door opening to the garden veranda.

The master bedroom features a double bed with orthopedic mattress, modern furniture and big closets. It is spacious and very bright and is equipped with air conditioning and a ceiling fan.
The second bedroom has 2 single beds (with orthopedic mattresses) next to each other, a closet, air conditioning and ceiling fan, as well as satellite TV.
The kitchen area is spacious and equipped with modern appliances. It features a dish washer and a dining table with chairs.
Villa Sekania has a big private space in the garden that consists of a terrace with stunning view of Marathonissi island and the bay, a big dining table with chairs, sun beds, external shower, as well as private, covered parking space just outside the entrance of the house.
Wireless Wi-Fi is available on all the areas of the Villa.
